1. Who we are
WEVORI is a product of NOOR&NOOR SARL AU, a company registered in Morocco.
- Registered address: 35, Residence El Hadika, Appt 21, Douha-Laayayda, 11050 Salé, Morocco
- Commercial register (RC) number: RC Salé 40289
- Tax identification: IF 54002862, ICE 003368052000096
- Email: office@wevori.com
- Telephone: +212 6 107 76 740
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean NOOR&NOOR SARL AU. "You" means the person or organisation using WEVORI.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the WEVORI application at app.wevori.com, the WEVORI Connector plugin for WordPress, and the website at wevori.com.
By creating an account or using WEVORI, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and "you" then means that organisation.
3. Your purchase is made from Paddle
All payments for WEVORI are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle, and not NOOR&NOOR SARL AU, is the seller of the transaction. Paddle issues your receipt, handles the applicable taxes, and processes refunds and chargebacks.
Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Where anything in these terms conflicts with Paddle's terms in relation to the transaction itself, Paddle's terms apply to the transaction.
What these terms govern is your right to use the software, and our obligations to you in providing it. See our Refund Policy for how the two fit together in practice.
4. Business use
WEVORI is built and sold for professional and business use. By purchasing a plan you confirm that you are acquiring it for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession.
Where mandatory consumer protection law nevertheless applies to you, nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights you have under that law. Any provision that would otherwise do so does not apply to you to that extent.
5. Accounts, workspaces and users
When you sign up, a workspace is created. The person who creates it is the owner, and is responsible for the workspace, for what happens in it, and for anyone they invite into it.
Depending on your plan, the owner can invite Production Users. Production Users work inside WEVORI only and do not need access to your WordPress site. The owner is responsible for keeping the list of Production Users up to date and for removing people who should no longer have access.
You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
One person may not share a single account with others in order to avoid the user limits of a plan.
6. Plans, website slots and Credits
Plans
SOLO, TEAM and EDITOR are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each plan includes one website slot and five WEVORI Credits, and differs in how many Production Users it allows and which planning features are available. The features included in each plan are the ones listed on the pricing page at the time of your purchase.
Website slots
A website slot is a place in your workspace for one connected WordPress website. A slot is not tied permanently to one domain: you may point it at a different WordPress site at any time from Websites, at no additional cost. Deleting a slot rather than replacing it does not entitle you to a refund of that slot.
Credits
WEVORI Credits are consumed when the service generates something for you. Credits:
- are shared across every website in your workspace, rather than allocated per site;
- do not expire;
- are not exchangeable for money and cannot be transferred to another workspace;
- are not consumed by a failed generation attempt;
- are not consumed by onboarding or by renewing a Website Intelligence Profile.
The Credit cost of each action is shown inside the application at the moment you perform it. We may change what individual actions cost as the service develops, but we will not retroactively deduct Credits you have already spent.
7. What "yours for life" means
Your plan is granted for as long as WEVORI is offered as a service by NOOR&NOOR SARL AU. No recurring fee is ever charged for it.
If we ever discontinue WEVORI, we will give workspace owners at least ninety days' notice by email, and we will make an export of your data available before the service ends.
"For life" means that no further payment is required for the plan you bought. It does not mean that every future feature we build will be included in your plan, and it does not mean the service will exist indefinitely.
8. Your content and generated articles
Everything you bring into WEVORI stays yours: your website data, your categories, your authors, your editorial calendar and your existing published content.
Articles that WEVORI generates for you are yours. To the extent we hold any rights in the output, we assign them to you. You may publish, edit, sell or discard them as you see fit.
Two things follow from that, and they matter:
- You are responsible for what you publish. WEVORI produces drafts. Every article passes through a review step before it is sent anywhere, and it is your decision to approve it. You are responsible for checking accuracy, for any claims made, and for compliance with the law that applies to your publication.
- We cannot guarantee that output is unique. AI systems can produce similar text for similar prompts. We do not warrant that generated text is original, non-infringing, or that no one else has received something comparable.
We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. The WEVORI Connector and your WordPress site
The Connector is a plugin you install on your own WordPress site. It exchanges only what is needed to plan, create and publish. It reads your existing and scheduled posts, your categories and authors, and it uploads images, creates and schedules posts, sends structured content and SEO metadata, and counts pageviews for Insights.
You are responsible for your WordPress installation itself: hosting, backups, updates, other plugins and their compatibility. We strongly recommend you keep working backups. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by other plugins, by your host, or by changes you make to your site.
You may remove the Connector at any time. Doing so stops WEVORI from publishing to that site.
10. How AI is used
WEVORI uses third-party AI providers to generate and analyse text. Content you submit for generation, translation or analysis is sent to those providers so they can return a result. They are listed in our Privacy Policy.
AI output can be wrong, outdated or misleading. The review step exists precisely for that reason. Do not publish generated content without reading it.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use WEVORI to produce or publish content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
- is intended to deceive readers about who is publishing it or for what purpose;
- is sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination;
- gives medical, legal or financial guidance presented as professional advice without a qualified person having reviewed it;
- is designed to manipulate search rankings through deception, such as pages made only for search engines.
You also may not attempt to circumvent Credit limits or plan limits, resell access to your workspace, reverse engineer the service, or use automated means to extract data from it beyond what the product itself offers.
12. Availability and support
We work to keep WEVORI available and working, but we do not commit to a specific uptime level. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, during incidents at our hosting provider, or because of a failure at one of the third parties we depend on.
Support is provided through the Support page inside the application, and by email at helpdesk@wevori.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
13. Liability
WEVORI is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost revenue, lost search rankings, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own backups.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for WEVORI in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using WEVORI at any time. Because plans are one-time purchases, there is nothing to cancel.
We may suspend or close a workspace if it is used in breach of section 11, if it is used in a way that threatens the security or stability of the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your workspace because you breached these terms, you are not entitled to a refund of your plan, slots or unused Credits.
You may request an export of your data before closing your account. After a workspace is closed, we delete its data in line with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the service and to these terms
We develop WEVORI continuously. Features may be added, changed or removed. We will not remove a feature that is central to the plan you bought without giving reasonable notice.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify workspace owners by email and show the change in the application before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. The courts of Salé have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
