Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
WEVORI sells three different things, and they are not delivered in the same way, so they are not treated the same way here. Plans are active the moment you buy them. Credits and website slots sit unused until you actually use them.
Paddle handles refunds, not us
All WEVORI purchases are made from Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is the seller of the transaction. Refunds are therefore requested from, assessed by and paid out by Paddle, under Paddle's Refund Policy.
This page sets out the position we take when Paddle asks us about a request. Paddle may also grant a refund at its own discretion, including where this policy would not, and it may be required to do so by law.
Your statutory rights come first
Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies regardless of what this page says. In the European Union this is normally fourteen days from the date of purchase for a one-time transaction.
That right is usually lost once you begin using a digital product, if you asked for it to be made available immediately and acknowledged that consequence at checkout. Paddle asks for that confirmation during the purchase, not us.
WEVORI is sold for business use. Withdrawal rights of this kind generally apply to consumers rather than businesses.
Plans: SOLO, TEAM and EDITOR
A plan activates your workspace immediately on purchase. From that moment the service you paid for has been delivered, so a plan is not refundable once the workspace has been activated.
The exception is a purchase that clearly went wrong: a duplicate charge, a payment made in error, or a plan that could not be activated because of a fault on our side. In those cases contact us and we will support a full refund.
Credits
Every plan comes with five WEVORI Credits. Those are a starting allowance so you can try the product, not something you bought separately, so they are not refundable on their own.
Credit packs you buy on top of that are different. Unused Credits are refundable, and we do not put a deadline on it.
Every pack costs one euro per Credit, at every size, so the calculation is simple: we refund whatever is left of your balance, at one euro each, up to the number of Credits you actually paid for. You can never be refunded for the Credits that came free with your plan, because you never paid for those.
An example. You buy the Growth pack, so twenty-five Credits, on top of the five that came with your plan. You spend eight. Your balance is twenty-two, and all twenty-two are refundable, at twenty-two euro. The five free ones are simply the last thing your balance is measured against, not something you can cash in.
Two things never cost a Credit, and therefore never reduce what you can get back: a generation attempt that fails, and onboarding or renewing a Website Intelligence Profile.
One practical limit that is not ours: refunds are processed by Paddle, and Paddle may be unable to reverse a payment that is a long time in the past, whatever this policy says. If you know you will not use your remaining Credits, do not wait years to ask.
Extra website slots
A website slot is a place in your workspace, and it has no value until a site is connected to it.
- If no website has been connected to the slot, you can request a refund within fourteen days of purchase.
- Once a website has been connected, the slot has been used and is no longer refundable.
Slots are not tied to one domain. You can point a slot at a different WordPress site at any time, at no cost, so you do not need a refund in order to change which site you use it for. Deleting a slot instead of replacing it does not entitle you to a refund.
Where a pack of several slots was purchased, eligibility is assessed on the pack as a whole: connecting a website to any slot in the pack ends the refund window for that pack.
What is never refunded
- Credits that have already been spent, and the five Credits included free with a plan.
- A plan, slot or Credit balance in a workspace we closed because these terms were breached.
- Dissatisfaction with the wording, tone or quality of generated articles. WEVORI produces drafts that you review and approve before anything is published, and article quality depends heavily on how your Website Intelligence Profile and writing style are configured. Contact support first: this is almost always fixable.
How to request a refund
Requests go to Paddle, because Paddle is the seller of record.
- Go to paddle.net and find your order using the email address you purchased with.
- Your order receipt from Paddle also contains a direct link.
If you would rather talk to us first, write to helpdesk@wevori.com. We often find that the underlying problem can be solved without a refund, and if it cannot be, we will tell Paddle we support your request.
