Does AI find me?

We ask the AI models ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the questions your potential customers ask. You see whether you are named, who is named instead, and what you can do about it.

What does this tool do?

More and more people no longer ask Google but ChatGPT or Gemini where to go: "Good bakery in Ghent?", "Where do I eat good fish in Bruges?". Are you recommended then, or your competitor? Here you see it.

What you get

We ask five questions, the way your customers ask them, to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, each time with web search on. You get a score, per question who is named, the businesses recommended instead of you, the websites the AI takes its information from, and concrete tips. After a month you can scan again and compare.

Questions

Is this always the same?

No. AI does not give everyone the same answer: it depends on the person, the place and the moment. See it as a snapshot. That is why we ask five questions to three different AIs.

Can I choose the questions myself?

Yes. Let the AI suggest questions and change them, or type them yourself. Only the questions you confirm are asked. Do not name your business in the questions: we want to see whether the AI recommends you by itself.

My customers speak French. Is that possible?

Yes. Choose the language or languages of your customers at the questions, for example Dutch and French. The AI then answers as it would for someone searching in that language.

What can I do if I am not named?

AI takes its information from websites such as Google Maps, directories and review sites. Make sure you are on them, with a clear description. You get tips for your business, and with "Improve your Google Business Profile" you tackle the most important one right away.

How long does it take?

Two to three minutes. You can look at another page in the meantime.
